Hello! I am Erica Porte, a Mom of two girls and a food enthusiast! After losing 70lbs with the help of medication I fell in love with making high protein dishes and keeping the weight off with the meals I feed my family! I love to created healthy food but I am NOT above the occasional drive through because life is all about balance and we are all just doing our best!
