Blender Banana Bread

No need for any fancy Kitchen Aid mixer or hand held mixer. No need to tire your arm out for mixing and blending. Just a few ingredients, a blender, and some ripe bananas! This banana bread is simple to make, tasty to eat, and the perfect dessert, after school snack, or even breakfast!

Blender Banana Bread

Ingredients:
  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Cups Oats (GF oats to make GF)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TB Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar (only if making with GF oats)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a blender add eggs, bananas, oats, sugar, baking soda (vinegar if making with GF ingredients), cinnamon, and blend on high until all ingredients are blended.
  3. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Add 1/2 Cup chocolate chips to the pan and fold into batter. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is baked.
