No need for any fancy Kitchen Aid mixer or hand held mixer. No need to tire your arm out for mixing and blending. Just a few ingredients, a blender, and some ripe bananas! This banana bread is simple to make, tasty to eat, and the perfect dessert, after school snack, or even breakfast!

Blender Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 Ripe bananas
- 2 Cups Oats (GF oats to make GF)
- 2 Eggs
- 3 TB Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar (only if making with GF oats)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a blender add eggs, bananas, oats, sugar, baking soda (vinegar if making with GF ingredients), cinnamon, and blend on high until all ingredients are blended.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Add 1/2 Cup chocolate chips to the pan and fold into batter. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is baked.
