This super simple dinner is a go to thanks to the Siete Chicken Fajita seasoning! It truly makes the chicken SO delicious and the perfect protein for these sizzling fajitas!

Siete Chicken Fajita
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 1-2lbs
- 2 Bell Peppers any color
- 1/2 Onion
- Siete Chicken Fajita Seasoning
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 3 Limes
- Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- Flour Tortilla (Sub Corn Tortilla or Siete Almond/Cassava Tortilla for GF option)
Directions:
- Season Chicken Breast and set aside.
- Slice Bell Peppers and Onions into strips and set aside.
- Heat cast iron skillet.
- Grill Chicken 8-10 minutes per side.
- While chicken cooks, heat cast iron skillet till very hot. Then add a little bit of avocado oil and add peppers and onions. Cook 5-8 minutes until slightly charred and set aside.
- When chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit pull from grill and let it rest for at least five minutes. Then slice into strips.
- Serve with peppers on a tortilla and top with cheese, sour cream, lime, and/or cilantro!
